Work Organization & Training
The CAW Work Organization & Training department does extensive work on workplace issues like adjustment, training, workplace change, and responding to lean production. In June 1996, the department, working with the Labour Studies Programme at McMaster University released a ground-breaking study on Working Conditions in the Canadian Big 3 Automakers.
