*NEW* Stress in the Workplace Survey
Over the last several decades, our working conditions have experienced numerous, partly fundamental changes which have translated in higher demands on us, the workers. As a consequence of these developments, the psychological stress has markedly increased.
The CAW along with other affiliates are working on developing tools to help deal with stress in the workplace. One of the tools being tested is the COPSOQ or Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire which was developed to assess and improve the psychosocial work environment. The areas of interest are: job content, job control, job demands (or expectations), management style, social supports / relations and job (in) security.
The CAW piloted this tool at the recent Women's Conference click here to see the complete results presented in a power point presentation.
