Cost of Living Allowance

A Cost of Living Allowance payment has been negotiated for March 1999, bringing the total number of COLA payments under the contract to 12. The COLA index has also been updated to a 1992 index.

Savings Plan

The savings plan has been improved by an additional $5.00 in the first year of the agreement. This brings the amount a member can contribute to $55.
