JOHNSON CONTROLS APPLIES FOR INJUNCTION
TO STOP CAW OCCUPATION

(Toronto)-- Johnson Controls is making an application for an injunction against Canadian Auto Workers union members who today occupied its Stratford, Ontario plant in opposition to company plans to outsource 200 jobs to Mexico.

The company application is being made at 2:00 p.m. today or as soon as possible thereafter in a Stratford court.
