Mergers

CAW membership has more than doubled since 1985, as we organize new workers in all sectors of the economy and as smaller unions and employee associations elect to merge under our constitution.

Mergers have diversified and strengthened our membership base, bringing in tens of thousands of new members all across the country.

Following is a list of mergers from 1985 to the present day.
